Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping: 7β21 business days (customs may extend delivery times)
All orders include tracking numbers. Youβll receive an email or SMS once your package is on its way.

π¬ Incorrect Address Policy
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, please get in touch with us within 24 hours at cs@jeeniejolie.com.
Orders already shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded unless the item is returned to us.
π Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our studio or our print-on-demand partners, it becomes the carrier's responsibility.
If your package is:

Stuck in transit

Missing after a reasonable window
Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Weβll do our best to support you, but we cannot offer refunds for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with:

Weβll happily send a replacement or offer store credit depending on the situation.
