At JeenieJolie, every piece. All Tangigle products are packaged with intention and delivered with care. Below is everything you need to know about how your order makes its way from our hands to your home.

Every order is crafted, curated, or packed with love.

  • Handmade Jewelry & Art: 3–7 business days

  • Graphic Tees & Print-on-Demand Items: 2–5 business days

  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly by email

  • Special Edition or Pre-Order Items: Processing times will be listed on the product page

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


🚚 Shipping Time & Methods

Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may extend delivery times)

All orders include tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email or SMS once your package is on its way.

Please note: custom fees, import taxes, or duty charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.


πŸ“¬ Incorrect Address Policy

If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, please get in touch with us within 24 hours at cs@jeeniejolie.com.

Orders already shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded unless the item is returned to us.


πŸ’” Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our studio or our print-on-demand partners, it becomes the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is:

  • Marked Delivered but not received

  • Stuck in transit

  • Missing after a reasonable window

Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
We’ll do our best to support you, but we cannot offer refunds for packages lost or stolen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or issue

We’ll happily send a replacement or offer store credit depending on the situation.
